DAREFORMS fulfills orders from Mainland China and currently ships only to the United States and Canada. The same standard shipping terms apply to both markets.
Processing
Standard in-stock individual orders are normally dispatched within 48–72 consecutive hours after payment confirmation, every day of the week, including weekends and all ordinary public holidays, except for the seven-day Chinese New Year closure described below. Custom sizing, group orders, alternative-color requests, or orders requiring measurement or production confirmation are not standard in-stock orders and may require additional time. Any longer processing time for those requests will be confirmed separately.
Dispatch processing is counted in consecutive hours, without a weekday/weekend distinction or other scheduled holiday closures. Transit and total delivery estimates are counted in calendar days. Actual carrier movements, customs processing, severe weather and extraordinary disruptions may still affect delivery. Custom-sized and group orders require a separately confirmed schedule.
Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) — seven-day fulfillment pause
DAREFORMS has only one scheduled annual dispatch closure: seven consecutive calendar days during Chinese New Year in Mainland China. No orders are dispatched during those seven days. For a standard in-stock order placed during the pause, or whose normal 48–72-hour dispatch window overlaps the pause, dispatch will occur within 48–72 consecutive hours after fulfillment resumes. We will announce the exact seven-day dates and explain the adjusted order timing on our website before the closure. Other public holidays and weekends do not interrupt the normal 48–72-hour dispatch schedule.
The normal approximately 9–17-calendar-day purchase-to-delivery estimate applies outside this annual closure; orders affected by the pause require an extended estimate including the closure. Carrier transit may also vary independently.
Transit
After dispatch, estimated delivery is normally 7–14 calendar days. Outside the seven-day Chinese New Year closure, a typical standard in-stock order therefore arrives approximately 9–17 calendar days after purchase.

- $129 or more: free standard shipping.
Import duties and customs clearance — DDP
United States and Canada: DAREFORMS ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. DAREFORMS, as the seller, pays the import duties and customs-clearance charges agreed with our shipping and customs partners for these orders. Customers do not need to pay those covered import duties or agreed clearance fees to the delivery carrier when the parcel arrives.
Any applicable sales tax charged at our online checkout is shown before payment and is separate from the import duties and agreed clearance charges we cover. Bank exchange-rate or foreign-transaction fees charged independently by a customer's card provider are not import duties or customs-clearance charges and are outside DAREFORMS' control.
If a carrier unexpectedly requests payment of an import duty or agreed clearance fee on your DAREFORMS order, please contact service@dareforms.com with your order number and the carrier's notice before making a payment. We will investigate with the shipping partner and take responsibility for covered DDP charges.
Lost shipments
A shipment confirmed lost before carrier-confirmed delivery is a DAREFORMS-responsibility issue. You may choose a free replacement or a 100% refund of the merchandise amount actually paid.
Address and delivery issues
If you notice an address error before dispatch, contact us immediately and we will correct it where operationally possible. After dispatch, carrier restrictions apply.
Loss or theft after carrier-confirmed delivery is a customer-responsibility issue and is handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. We will provide available shipment documentation and reasonably assist with a carrier or payment-protection claim.
Event deadlines
If you need an order for a wedding, performance, graduation, or other fixed date, contact us before ordering. A deadline is confirmed only when DAREFORMS confirms it in writing.
