Welcome to DAREFORMS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dareforms.com (the "Site") and the products, content, features, tools, and services made available through the Site (collectively, the "Service"). DAREFORMS is a trading brand operated by HENG JIN SHENG APPAREL TRADING LIMITED.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced on the Site, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
1. Online store terms
You must be legally permitted to use the Site and enter into transactions under the laws applicable to you. You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or transmit malware or other destructive code.
2. Orders and acceptance
All orders are subject to payment authorization, product and material availability, production capability, geographic restrictions, fraud screening, and order acceptance. We may hold, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, inaccurate information, product unavailability, sanctions or legal restrictions, or abusive conduct. If we cancel an accepted order that has been paid, any amount due back to the customer will be refunded as required.
3. Prices, discounts, and availability
Prices, product availability, promotions, membership benefits, and other Site features may change prospectively. The price and discounts confirmed at checkout control the transaction unless there is an obvious error that we are legally permitted to correct.
4. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to describe products, measurements, colors, materials, textures, and proportions accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, material characteristics, and production batches may cause reasonable visual variation.
5. Sizing and custom sizing
Customers should review the applicable Size & Fit Guide before ordering. Standard adult sizes are offered from XS through 6XL where available. Measurement-based sizing can be requested when standard proportions do not work. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate measurements; DAREFORMS is responsible for producing custom-size items materially in accordance with the measurements we confirm.
6. Shipping and delivery
DAREFORMS currently sells and ships only to the United States and Canada. Orders are fulfilled from Mainland China. Standard in-stock individual orders are normally dispatched within 48–72 consecutive hours after payment confirmation, including weekends and ordinary public holidays, except during a single seven-day Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) fulfillment closure in Mainland China, and estimated transit after dispatch is 7–14 calendar days. Custom sizing, alternative-color requests, group orders, and other orders requiring measurement or production confirmation may require additional processing time, which will be confirmed separately. Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, address responsibilities, lost shipments, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.
For deliveries to the United States and Canada, DAREFORMS uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping: we pay import duties and agreed customs-clearance charges. You are not required to pay these covered charges to the carrier on delivery. Any applicable sales tax collected at checkout is shown before payment. If a carrier requests a covered duty or agreed clearance fee, email service@dareforms.com before paying.
7. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and fit resolution
Returns, refunds, replacements, fit resolutions, store credits, merchant-responsibility cases, and return-shipping responsibilities are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. Contact DAREFORMS before sending any item back.
Shipping transit time and the total estimated delivery period are measured in calendar days. Outside the seven-day Chinese New Year closure, standard stocked orders normally arrive approximately 9–17 calendar days after purchase. Orders placed during the closure or whose normal dispatch window overlaps it normally dispatch within 48–72 consecutive hours after fulfillment resumes; we publish the seven-day annual dates in advance. Other public holidays and weekends are not scheduled dispatch closures. Estimated times are not guaranteed fixed-date commitments except where confirmed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
8. Payment processing
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or payment providers made available at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own security, authentication, fraud-prevention, and privacy procedures.
9. Customer information
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, sizing, and other information reasonably required to complete the order. You are responsible for promptly notifying DAREFORMS of corrections before dispatch where possible.
10. Third-party tools and links
The Site may use or link to third-party tools, payment services, logistics providers, analytics platforms, advertising services, publications, retailers, or other resources. Unless expressly stated otherwise, independent third parties operate under their own terms and policies and DAREFORMS is not responsible for their separate products or services.
11. Intellectual property and user submissions
DAREFORMS trademarks, original product photography, editorial content, website copy, and other original materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. If you submit reviews, images, feedback, measurements, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another party's rights.
12. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site to violate law, commit fraud, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, submit false or malicious information, distribute malware, unlawfully collect personal information, interfere with Site security, or engage in abusive automated activity.
13. Errors and corrections
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors, promotion errors, shipping information, or availability information where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any refund required as a result.
14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Service are provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAREFORMS and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss where such limitation is legally permitted.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version on the Site. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under a completed transaction except as permitted by law.
