Can I request custom sizing?

If the standard sizes do not work for you, use the custom measurement form on the product page. The selected style, color and fabric remain unchanged, and workable measurements are confirmed before production.

How much is shipping and when will it arrive?

Standard in-stock U.S. and Canada orders ship within 48–72 consecutive hours after payment confirmation, including weekends and ordinary public holidays. The only annual dispatch pause is seven days during Chinese New Year; affected orders ship within 48–72 hours after resumption. Transit normally takes 7–14 calendar days after dispatch. Standard shipping is $20 below $129 and free at $129+ subject to checkout eligibility.

How do returns and refunds work?

Contact DAREFORMS within 14 days of delivery and do not send anything back unless instructed. DAREFORMS-responsibility issues are resolved by a free replacement/remake or a 100% refund of the merchandise amount actually paid. Eligible customer-responsibility cases may receive a 30%–50% partial refund, and the item generally does not need to be returned unless DAREFORMS specifically instructs otherwise.
